Dog Translator ("we", "us", "our") is operated by APP STAR FAMILY PTE. LTD., a company incorporated in Singapore.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use the Dog Translator mobile application ("Dog Translator" or the "App") and our related website, how that information is used, and the choices and rights available to you.

Audio Recordings and Bark Analysis

Dog Translator's core feature analyzes your dog's barks and vocalizations to provide a translated interpretation. To do this, audio you record within the App is sent to OpenAI's API for processing.

OpenAI's API does not use data submitted through the API to train its models by default. OpenAI's published default is to retain API inputs and outputs for a limited period, generally up to 30 days, for abuse monitoring and service purposes, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required by law. This processing is governed by OpenAI's own terms and privacy practices, which are outside our direct control.

We do not permanently store your dog's audio recordings on our own servers beyond what is necessary to provide you with the translation result.

Other Information We Collect and Process

Depending on how you use Dog Translator, we may also process the following types of information:

• Device information — such as device type, operating system version, app version, and identifiers required for app functionality or subscription management.
• Subscription and purchase information — subscription status, product identifiers, purchase entitlement information, and related transaction information. Payments are processed by Apple; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
• Information you choose to submit — for example, information you provide when contacting support.

We do not sell your personal information.

Website Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content and performance. Website analytics are separate from the App itself.

Subscription Management

Purchases and billing are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment-card information.
